Beef and Broccoli Casserole (Low carb, Paleo, Grain Free, Dairy Free)

 

This casserole is great because it’s super fast and easy to make and the whole family likes it. My mom calls it goulash, which is basically pasta, pasta sauce and beef. The broccoli and cauliflower are a substitute for the pasta and it is surprisingly good! This has become another easy meal that I make on a regular basis.

Beef and Broccoli Casserole (Low carb, Paleo, Grain Free, Dairy Free)
 
Ingredients
  • 1 small head of broccoli
  • 1 small head of cauliflower
  • 1 pound of grass fed ground beef
  • 1 large jar of marinara sauce
  • salt and pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Chop up broccoli and cauliflower and steam until you can easily run a fork through it.
  3. Meanwhile, brown the beef in a skillet and add some salt and pepper.
  4. Mix the broccoli and cauliflower, the beef and the marinara sauce all together in a 13x9 baking dish.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes.
