Low Carb Broccoli Quiche

Only 3 net carbs per serving!

My sweet and thoughtful Aunt Karen shared some of her favorite low carb recipes with me. She’s so cute because she even put them in a pretty pink folder with a typed letter at the front. I want to try them all! Tonight I tried her crustless bacon & broccoli quiche recipe. I just made a couple small changes and added a simple crust. This quiche is SO good! Thanks Aunty Kare!

  2. Hi Hannah, I just discovered your site through a fortunate link from Lauren’s Healthy Indulgences blog. I am trying to slip into a low-carb diet now and am going for the initial 20-30 carbs/day recommendation. I am so happy to have found all these delicious looking recipes! This is one I’d love to try, owing to my love of broccoli & quiche, and I am wondering if you have an idea of the carb count? I don’t recall seeing it in the post anywhere. Thanks much!

    • Hi, thank you so much for checking out my blog. I’m so glad you like it! That’s great that you want to go low carb. Eating low carb has not only helped me reach my goal weight, but it has given me so much energy and improved my symptoms of Polycistic Ovarian Syndrome! But I know how challenging it can be, so I hope that my recipes will really help others be able to eat healthier and still enjoy their food- the best of both worlds!:) I love this quiche and there is only 3 net carbs per serving (it’s mentioned under the picture). If you try it, let me know what you think! Good luck low carbing and let me know if you have any other questions. Thanks so much!

      • Thank you, Hannah! Ah, I see the 3g net carbs note now. 🙂 It’s very inspiring to hear your story – and congratulations on all the progress you’ve made! Though this change definitely feels unfamiliar to me so far, it’s also great to see so many resources, especially in the form of blogs, that offer creative options with surprisingly manageable prep, and I’ve been enjoying the challenge and variety. I’m vegetarian, so these kinds of dishes can be great allies. I’ll let you know how this one turns out for me!
